THIS IS A BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY just an hour south of Dumaguete City, the capital of Negros Oriental Province. It is just 2 kilometers from the town proper of Siaton and is situated along the National Highway.
We currently utilize the property as a Family Leisure Farm. During weekends, we usually bring our kids here to expose them to basics of organic farming and taking care of farm animals. The kids just love to play with the monkeys, cows, carabao, and goats and to feed the chickens. And because the beach is just within walking distance, we just cross the road and take the kids for a leisure walk towards the beach. That’s just a 10-minute walk and it’s fun!
We always have sumptuous but healthy lunch at the property. Our favorite is Native Chicken Halang-halang (lots of chilis with coconut milk). The food is safe because all our products in the farm – from tomato to banana to chicken - are organic! No chemical fertilizer and pesticides!
The property has lots of potential. It can be turned into a Nature Resort with swimming pools, cottages, and restaurant. It can also be developed into a green residential subdivision. It is suitable for retirement place as well.
Or anyone can just utilize this property as Family Leisure Farm or Organic Farm like we do. With our existing organic products in this property, we enjoy food that are free from harmful chemicals - be it banana, papaya, chicken, or eggs.
We are selling this property because we need more capital for our business expansion. We still love the area where this property is located. In fact, we still have remaining 2 properties in the area which we will keep and don't intend to sell. |
